We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Returns Policy

Returns/Exchange Policy 

We hope that you will love your order but if you want to return an item, we will happily issue you with a refund or exchange for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of purchase. All items will be inspected on return. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unsealed items are not suitable for return or exchange due to health and hygiene reasons. We try hard to accept all returns, if an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition (see above), we may have to send the item back to you. Accepted returns resulting in a refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 business working days, we aim to dispatch all accepted exchanges within 14 working days to the address supplied when the original transaction was completed. This does not affect your statutory rights. 


Return by post Policy (UK) 

You are responsible for the return postage costs unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered in which case the return postage cost will be credited back to your payment method within 14 business working days of us accepting the return and being in receipt of the item/items. The maximum return postage costs to be credited back to your payment method will be £4.20. In the event of an accepted exchange, we will only deliver to the original address supplied when the original transaction was completed. 

We accept no responsibility if the incorrect delivery address is entered by the customer. If the incorrect address is entered, and the parcel is delivered, we cannot resend the parcel. Please be advised that if the parcel is returned to us, we are happy to resend the parcel but the cost for redelivery will need to be paid before the parcel is despatched.

Due to Covid-19 post can be considerably delayed. If you do not receive your package after 6 weeks we will resend to you. We do not offer refunds only replacements for lost items in the post. Please allow 6 weeks before contacting us. Only after 6 weeks will it be considered lost.  

Delivery and Returns outside of the UK (inc ROI)

We do not deliver or accept returns (including return postage costs) to addresses outside of the UK (inc ROI).

Amendments to your Order

We are quick at packing your order up which means we cannot make any changes once you have placed it. This includes (but is not limited to) changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.  

Cancellations/Cooling off Period

We accept cancellations up to 14 days from the day after your order is delivered (see above Returns/Exchange & Return by post Policies).

Privacy Policy

We are dedicated to protecting the privacy of each and every one of our customers. We will not disclose any information regarding our customers or visitors to the site to any third parties apart from where it is part of providing a service to you – this includes; arranging for a product to be sent to you, other security checks and for the purposes of customer research or when you have given us your permission to do so.

Cloude Crystal Cream LTD will not provide or sell any of your personal details or any credit card information to third parties (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.

If you have made a purchase from the website we may occasionally update you on our latest products and offers via e-mail. 

If you have registered with then your computer will store an identifying cookie which will save you time each time you re-visit the website, by remembering your email address for you. 

All of our pages contain traffic pixels which log data, via cookies, on how you use the site. This data helps us provide a better website experience for you and does not allow us to see any of your personal information.

Allergic Reaction Policy

We hope that you have an incredible experience using our products. Please be advised that everyone’s skin is different. We would therefore advise you to undertake a patch test and wait 24 hours prior to fully applying the product to the desired area. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use, and seek medical advice. All the ingredients contained in our products are listed both on the packaging and on our website, please read them carefully as an ingredient may be listed that you know you are allergic to. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any reaction that may occur after using our products as this is down to the individual’s skin and not the product itself.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
